When I feel that I have to blog something, honestly, most of that happen when I feel unhappy :) It has happened to me since I was young. When I feel bad/sad, I will express it to my diary, my good friend :) ... Last week was quite a long week for me because so many things went on and cause many feelings inside me right now...I really cannot express what I feel...the only word that I can think of is "Depressed"... and the feeling is caused by no one except me.. Though I am thoughtful and concerned about other people, I choose to chill myself out from what I am when the situation is more complicated than I can deal with it. I choose to look back to and thinkg about myself... Just before I can start all over again.
Anyway, I said that MOST of times not ALL of times that I write it down when I feel unhappy. Sometimes, I wanna remind me the enjoyable moment, too.. Today I just back from OLE trip (Outdoor Leadership Experience). It was scheduled on the right time when I was disspirited and need to get away from this feeling, need something to cheer me up. The trip is like a camp when I was a girl scout in junior high. There were many activities which encouraged collaboration within the group. We were selected into small group with various energies. The energies are indicated to 4 color - red, yellow, green and blue - through 25 questions we answered. The insight of 4 colors is :-
Red - Competitive, Demanding, Determined, Strong-willed, purposeful
Yellow - Sociable, Dynamic, Demonstrative, Enthusiastic, Persuasive
Green - Caring, Encouraging, Sharing, Patient, Relaxed
Blue - Cautious, Precise, Deliberate, Questioning, Formal
Red is opposite to Green and Yellow is opposite to Blue.
Within the group, we had to understand what the color of that person is, what they need and interact with them accordingly. After all over, we feedback each other. It's such a valuable trip for me. Moreover, it helps me at the right time... :)
Guess what my color is ???
I am 100% "Green" ...Well, I am not sure if I redo it I will be in the "Green" group again...maybe "Red" this time!!??!?!... hahaha :)
